Refund policy

Because every product is a digital file delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available to you.

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law, which take precedence over this policy wherever they apply.

A technical failure that prevents you from downloading the file and that we cannot resolve.

A duplicate charge, or a payment taken for an order that was never fulfilled.

A file that is materially different from what the product page described — for example the wrong format or a resolution well below what was stated.

Changing your mind after downloading, buying the wrong item when the product page described it accurately, or lacking software able to open a clearly stated file format.

Email zdansyah@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We respond within one business day, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or, at your choice, added to your account balance.

If a refund is issued for a single-edition design, that edition returns to the archive and becomes available again. The licence granted at purchase ends, and any copy of the file must be deleted.
