Terms of service

You need an account to buy. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts used for fraud or for redistributing purchased files may be suspended.

All products are digital files delivered through your account. Nothing physical is shipped.

A DESIGN is a single edition and is sold once. Once sold, it is withdrawn from sale permanently and we will not release the same artwork again. A MOCKUP is licensed without a sales limit.

Purchasing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the artwork within the scope shown on the product page. A single-edition design grants that licence to one buyer only.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the file itself, in whole or in part, or make it available as part of a template, asset pack or design library.

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by DOKU. An order is only complete when we receive confirmation from the payment provider — being redirected back to our site is not, by itself, confirmation of payment.

Account balance is a prepaid credit for purchases on VATGOOD. It is added only by a confirmed payment, cannot be transferred between accounts, and is not redeemable for cash.

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Your purchased files remain available in your account regardless of changes to the catalogue.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
